The day started out great. I had to convince ski that leaving at 0800 was not a good idea and we should leave at 0600 so we compromised and left at 0700.
The hardcore manly man group of Jody, Jeff and Manny were there and had fish on the ice for us by the time we all got there.
Rich E, TommyG, Dave S, Dave S4, Me, Ski, and Dylan (My step son) all got there about the same time. The race was on to get to the ice to get our favorite holes.
Interesting enough, Rich E was trying to start his auger when we pulled up. No go. After further examination it appears there is a crack in the gas tank. My guess is it developed between the second to last and last time Ski used it. It was dripping beau coup gas when we tried to fire up it for the last hole of the day, when Ski broke it the first time.
Unbelievable says Rich E. I still cant get my auger to start..
Mr. G was looking good as usual. His new muck-a-lucks were fab-u-lus.
But not NEAR as sexy as two weeks ago at Antero when he was strippin for us!
Jody, was in his normal position. Catchin fish of course.
Im not sure what position Abo was in, but I hear he is used to it.
Jeff B, TommyG, and Dave S4 doin their thing.
Once again Ski didnt catch any fish. Dave S had to go give him some pointers, told him the lure goes in the water, etc...basic stuff.
So he did the next best thing he could. He blew on peoples meat...
I of course am developing my protegee. If it wernt for Ski chauffeuring me around, he might be replaced. This was one of two. The second fish was 14 inches verified by tape measure by Jeff S.
He did out fish me, but I still get to take the fish home. So as long as someone provides for the family thats ok.
Jeff "I dont Jig" S. What was that? You caught two fish jiggin? Thats right...

wait..Ski..You dont have to...Oh never mind. Something about tubular flesh colored meat that Ski likes.
Something even more odd about a group of guys standing around watching a guy blow on some tubular flesh colored meat...
