Blogger wins

I was going back and forth if I wanted to continue blogger or switch over to my own blog on my own domain. I mean I'm not totally stupid when it comes to web sites, I CAN do some things. I run my own picture web site (though grammies mad cause I dont have any new pictures), and I've tinkered with numerous installs and such. I like blogger, its easy, but it just didnt have that "personalized" feel to it....I wanted more. I wanted something that I could manipulate, create, and call my own.

So I decided to install Moveable type (MT). Bex uses it, and its pretty sweet. I loved her layout and how it went straight to her gallery install of pictures. I really wanted to copy hers....Then I could work on the picture side of the house and get that back up to date.

So I messed around with it for a few weeks off and on. I mean it cant be that hard...While I dont know CSS I can figure out most of it. Not this crap....MT caused me more headaches of trying to figure out where things go than carter has liver pills. ALL I wanted to do was install some widgets in one of the sidebars and change the top picture...but NOOOOOOO....I cant figure it out....I've never been so mad at some stupid code in all my life.

So to make a long story longer...Blogger wins. I even went so far as to delete the install of MT to show myself that the relationship we had is over. I liked Wordpress better anyway...There I said it...
